What is EFT?
EFT stands for Electronic Funds Transfer, our most economical payment option.
You fill out a simple form and designate an account through which you wish to
pay for your Jazzercise classes. About 80% of our students take advantage of the
savings and convenience of paying for classes this way.
What are the advantages of EFT?
You have the convenience of paying automatically, on the first business day of
the month, with the credit card of your choice (Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover/Novus) or from your checking account. No more standing in line
to register, remembering your expiration date, or when to bring money to class.
At $39/month, the Unlimited Monthly EFT Pass is your best buy, saving you nearly
$100/year (that's the equivalent of 10 FREE weeks of classes annually)! Think of
it as your Jazzercise Easy Fitness Ticket !
Will my account information be safe?
Your privacy is very important to us. Only the franchise owner (Jackie Shipley)
and the EFT Staff at Jazzercise, Inc. headquarters have access to the
information, and the information is not shared.
Is this a contract?
EFT is not a long-term contract but rather a monthly payment arrangement that
requires a special form. You have absolutely no minimum time commitment.
What if I need to stop temporarily?
If, for medical reasons, you need to put your EFT on hold, you must notify the
franchise owner (Jackie Shipley) either via email, or written notification, by
the 15th of the month in order to place a one-month hold on your EFT for the
following month. We do not put EFTs on hold for vacations - the low monthly
price gives you the equivalent of a two-month annual discount.
How do I cancel?
You need to notify the franchise owner (Jackie Shipley) in writing by the 15th
of the month before you wish to stop (for example, notify us by February 15th to
cancel for March). You may send an e-mail, write a note and mail it, drop it
off, or you may use one of our cancellation forms.
Fear not! EFT was designed to save you money and time. It's easy, safe, and
convenient - just ask your fellow Jazzercisers!
